USA2net is a sister company to Florida Cable, Inc. located in Astor, FL. USA2net is a high-speed Internet Service Provider for most of Northern and Central Florida since 2000, using its cable and fiber optic backbones as the medium for transport. All of our technical support and cable repair is local, in-house.

USA2net technical support representatives are available for assistance Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. After 5pm and on weekends, all technical support calls are forwarded by our answering service to USA2net support representatives and will be responded to within 24 hours if it can be corrected via telephone. If your problem requires a service call, it will be issued to a service technician on the next business day.
