Open the Apple Menu. Select the control panels,
and click TCP/IP.

Make sure your screen matches the one above
with the correct numbers, and also make sure PPP is selected under Connect Via.
Close the TCP/IP control panel, and if it prompts you to save the changes, click
Save.
Go back under the Apple Menu, into the Control
Panels and this time select Remote Access. This is the screen you will
see:

The only options to fill in is your username in
all small letters, your password and your local dialup number. Now, go
under the Menu at the top called RemoteAccess. Select Modem.

On the next screen that comes up, select internal
56k iMac modem. Click OK. Back at the main screen, press connect. If all is
setup correctly, Remote Access will dial into USA2net and establish the
connection. Once that is done, this is what you will see:

You are now connected to USA2net!
