on weekends, all technical support calls are
forwarded by our answering service to USA2net
support representatives and will be responded to
within 24 hours if it can be corrected via
telephone. If your problem requires a service call,
it will be issued to a service technician on the
next business day.
Email support is
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You should
receive a response to email requests within 24 hours
from the time it was sent.
